I love snow...I love everything about it.. I love how it makes everything so fresh and beautiful.. I love the quietness of the landscape covered in snow.. I love it because it's fun, I love to see my daughters play outside.. I love to shovel my driveway, it is almost meditative and very gratifying form of workout for me..and NO I won't shovel yours.. it is too far wherever it is

A Gifted Talent XXII...HarrisDear friends of the arts please allow me to introduce to you Haris, a gentleman from Greece.
His mind's eye is an insightful look at who we are as a people portrayed through his camera's eye.
He shoots it all AS IT IS...even in color...but I chose to present his B&W work.
Mainly because I find B&W to be the prefect vehicle to speak the language of artistic expression through the reality of the unreality that inherently can only be found in B&W.
In this medium his voice is heard on many levels. Besides that, its simply very good work.
I hope you enjoy Haris' photography as much as I do.

The last couple of days,we live in a state of total insanity...
I would have a good lough,if the situation wasn't so tragic
and so very dangerous for the people..
The innocent,working people,who stand by ,
watching their lives to be destroyed..

Destroyed by those who brought us in this place,
by those who don't care for nothing else but their profit,
by those who are playing their political games on people's backs,
by those who rule this country for the last twenty five years..
By those who haven't and won't ever be punished...

But we deserve it..We deserve all of these..

I know that in Greece there are now many issues, challenges, and difficulties for many amongst the populace of you country... there is little any individual can do, except hope and trust in those in leadership that may have the integrity and vision to improve what is happening for all the Nation, and not just corrupt, self-serving elite. Anyway, the spirit of the Greeks is always hospitable, exuberant and generous, in my experience, and remember they love music, art, good food, social activity and to DANCE
